Beepo is seeking a Level 2 IT Support professional to provide remote helpdesk assistance for Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. You will manage service desk queues, perform health checks, and execute server migrations and software updates for multiple clients.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, excellent phone manners, and a solid understanding of networking (DNS/DHCP/Active Directory) with experience in SonicWall firewalls.

Formación

• Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Windows OS Professional Editions, and MS Office.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, MDM, Endpoint Protection, and Azure.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.

Responsabilidades

• Answer the support phone during business hours (Mon–Fri).
• Monitor support emails and service desk queue; resolve customer issues.
• Perform daily/weekly health checks and preventative maintenance on client environments.
• Lead mini-projects for new client onboarding, server migrations, and major software updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or vendors.
• Update documentation on client environments.
