Job summary

Sharesource Australia BPO is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support data cleanup, client and asset information, and data migration. The role emphasizes Excel and reliable data handling for large datasets and requires attention to detail and process discipline.

This is a 6-month project-based role with potential for regularization. Remote work is possible, but candidates must be based in the Philippines and available 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Manila time on weekdays.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in data entry or data analysis, or fresh graduates with data-related capstone projects, theses, or OJT.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and online systems.
• Ability to review information carefully and identify missing or incomplete data.
• Organised and able to manage multiple data-related tasks.
• Follow processes and maintain accurate records.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong written communication and basic problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work from Monday to Friday (7AM to 4PM Manila Time).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset lists, inventory records, product information, and new client setups.
• Review information in internal systems and identify incomplete or missing data fields.
• Assist with data migration activities following new client acquisitions.
• Upload client reports and information to third-party portals.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently across systems.
• Support general administrative and data-related tasks as required.
• Provide potential support with quoting activities as the role develops.
