Job summary

Booth & Partners in the Philippines is seeking a Data Exchange Technical Analyst to own daily data flow monitoring, file processing, and technical troubleshooting. This is a 100% remote (work from home) role aligned with US EST night hours.

You will investigate data issues across inbound/outbound feeds, REST API exchanges, and database reconciliations using SQL, Linux tools, and log analysis, with onboarding training provided.

Qualifications

3+ years in a technical data operations or similar role.
Strong SQL with multi-table joins and data reconciliation.
Experience navigating Linux command line and large data files.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV formats.
Clear written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Monitor inbound/outbound file transfers (SFTP) and API pipelines.
Audit and validate data payloads across formats and detect issues.
Write advanced SQL queries to investigate production data problems.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues with logs and traces.
