Job summary

Peak Support Global Enterprise is seeking a CX Coordinator to support scheduling operations, member experience, and administrative workflows for a US-based dental healthcare organization. The role focuses on daily schedule management, resolving member concerns, and delivering a white-glove experience.

The position requires 2+ years in related roles with strong communication and organizational skills. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity with a mature, national/international client base

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant or Scheduling roles.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle escalations with empathy, professionalism and urgency.
• Healthcare, dental, or membership-based services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and proactively manage next-day schedules across studios.
• Fill open appointment slots and optimize provider utilization.
• Resolve overlaps, gaps, and scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate rescheduling due to clinician absences, double bookings, or changes.
• Manage same-day member cancellations and appointment changes.
• Contact members by phone, text, or email regarding scheduling updates.
• Assist white-glove members in finding appointments not available online.
