Job summary

Filta is hiring a Customer Support Representative for a 6-month contract, fully remote with a Monday–Friday dayshift (5:00 AM–2:00 PM PHT). You will handle customer inquiries, resolve tickets in HubSpot within one business day, and educate users on self‑service tools.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, at least one year in support, and strong written English. You’ll work under a NZ-based Operations Lead, with opportunities for process improvements and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support or related roles.
• Excellent written English with grammar, spelling, clarity and professional tone.
• Ability to quickly learn new digital platforms, CRM systems, and ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incoming support tickets via HubSpot CRM/ticketing system within a 1-business-day turnaround.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex platform inquiries with an investigative mindset before escalation.
• Educate clients on platform self-service tools to reduce repetitive inquiries.
• Maintain a workload of 8 or fewer open tickets and perform daily quality checks.
• Identify inquiry trends and propose 1–2 process improvements monthly to enhance documentation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional technical teams to share insights.
