TradingPRO is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage live chat and email interactions from a remote location. You will create and manage support tickets, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with customers through clear, accurate communication.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and proven experience in customer service or live chat support. Fresh graduates are welcome. Flexibility to work shifts may be required.
