Job summary

Anavah Talent is seeking a highly organized Customer Success Manager to support post-sales onboarding and long-term account success for US-based clients. This remote role focuses on efficient onboarding, billing setup, and ongoing support across multiple properties.

You will coordinate with property managers, asset managers, and internal teams to ensure smooth activation, accurate billing, and proactive account management while growing into deeper ownership over time.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CX, Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, or Post-Sales roles (ideally for U.S. clients).
• Strong experience managing onboarding-heavy workflows with follow-up and ownership.
• Familiarity building workflows, templates, and operational tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English (C2).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Sheets, Bill.com, Slack, and internal dashboards.
• Bachelor degree or higher from a reputable college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding execution for new customers after contract execution.
• Own onboarding checklists and ensure all required customer information is collected.
• Coordinate shipment timelines, onboarding readiness, and activation progress across properties.
• Prevent onboarding delays through consistent follow-up and strong customer communication.
• Ensure charging activation upon installation and that systems are live.
• Collect recent utility bills and review pricing for onboarding setup.
• Support recurring billing workflows, reimbursements, and property statements.
• Help manage support tickets and maintain timely response times.
