Peak Wealth Management Pty Ltd, a Sydney-based financial planning firm, is expanding its offshore team. The CSO role covers data entry, application prep, provider liaison, professional communication, workflow management, and admin support for client services.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in related roles, experience with CRMs, and excellent English communication. This is a fully remote position from the Philippines with Australian holidays off and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in CSO/Paraplanner/Admin roles in Australian financial planning.
• Experience with financial planning software and CRMs; Plutosoft a plus.
• Strong English communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Enter client data and financial information into the CRM with precision.
• Pre-fill client information in insurance, superannuation, and cash management apps.
• Liaise with Australian super funds and insurers to gather documents.
• Draft professional emails and communicate with product providers and Sydney team.
• Track tasks and deadlines using workflow software to keep back-office compliant.
• Support lead advisers with meeting notes and admin duties.
