Job summary

Newstel GmbH in the Philippines is seeking project-based Customer Service Agents to support the Flower Account. You will handle orders, deliveries, product inquiries, and other customer concerns via calls, live chat, and email, delivering a personalized and positive experience.

This role offers a flexible 20–40 hour weekly schedule, remote work with a use-your-own-device policy, and the opportunity to adapt to seasonal workload changes.

Qualifications

• Available to work 20–40 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Must not be currently employed or studying, ensuring full availability for the project campaign.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable handling voice, chat, and email support.
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb new processes and product knowledge rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries through phone, live chat, and email professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with flower orders, delivery updates, cancellations, modifications, and inquiries.
• Resolve concerns with empathy while maintaining a positive experience.
• Personalize responses rather than relying on scripts.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow procedures.
