Job summary

Teamified is helping companies assemble high-performing remote teams, including IT, software, product, and digital roles. The Customer Service and Admin Officer role supports backend operations and delivers a seamless student experience, focusing on data accuracy, enrollment processing, and strong service standards.

You will manage student records, enrollments, and certification processes while assisting with inquiries and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and office efficiency are required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is expected.
• Familiarity with Google Calendar and Google Sheets is preferred.
• Experience with student management software (VETTrak or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written and verbal communication are essential.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer emails and handle customer inquiries and enrolment questions.
• Provide course information and guide students into suitable programs.
• Enter, audit and update student enrolments in the student management system.
• Issue Statements of Attainment and Certificates via relevant portals.
• Liaise with employers and schools to finalize student details as required.
• Coordinate with trainers and site contacts to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed by management.
