Job summary

Teamified supports a growing organization delivering education and training programs with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. This Customer Service and Admin Officer role centers on backend operations, managing student records and certifications while assisting with customer inquiries and maintaining service standards.

The position starts with on-site onboarding in Quezon City, followed by a transition to hybrid or remote work after evaluation, working closely

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and office environments.
• Experience with social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Knowledge of VETTrak or similar student management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Answering emails, incoming calls and handling customer and client enquiries.
• Provide course information and book instruction into courses.
• Enter, audit and update student enrollments via VETTrak student management system.
• Issue Statements of Attainment and Certificates of Completion via VETTrak and related portals.
• Liaise with employers and schools to finalise student details, as required.
• Liaise with trainers and site contacts to ensure smooth delivery of short courses.
• Other administration duties as required by management.
