Job summary

Aprimo’s Customer Experience Application Consultant role is a remote position designed for candidates based in the Philippines. You will provide high-level system support and services to customers, ensuring Aprimo platform operations remain functional and up-to-date through proactive monitoring and maintenance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of software implementation and support experience, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in software implementation, training and support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-facing experience such as leading requirements/design sessions.
• Understanding of database structures and integration mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Support post-implementation consulting by troubleshooting configuration issues and ensuring solutions function before deployment.
• Configure and customize Aprimo solutions based on project requirements and implement setup changes.
• Serve as internal Aprimo product expert—diagnose platform issues and develop solutions.
• Support project leads in configuring Aprimo to drive ongoing customer value.
• Assist in building and maintaining reports; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus.
• Attend team calls and product knowledge transfer sessions.
• Additional responsibilities as required.
