Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions; maintain a professional tone.

Responsabilités

• Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls or via Internet per client requirements.
• Provide customer service support and resolution of routine problems for client products/services.
• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and use resources to provide resolutions.
• Greet customers in a courteous, professional manner and build rapport.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products/services and document activities accurately.
• Assist in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products/services as appropriate.
• Record and retrieve information in the call tracking system.
