Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities (English and Filipino) advantageous.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet and a suitable home setup for remote work.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer emails and messages promptly.
• Utilise live chat and other non-voice channels to assist customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
• Identify concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Provide product and service information clearly to customers.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach with customers.
