Sagan Recruitment is seeking a CRM Coordinator to operate remotely and manage quality checks in ServiceTitan. The role focuses on reviewing jobs and invoices, following checklists, and identifying discrepancies to ensure accurate operational data.

The ideal candidate will have strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, excel in a detail-oriented environment, and work effectively with a remote team. This is an independent contractor position, with a schedule aligned to EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Review completed jobs, invoices, and related information in ServiceTitan for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow established daily checklists and quality-control processes.
• Identify missing information, discrepancies, and items that appear out of place.
• Investigate variations and exceptions that fall outside standard processes.
• Use sound judgment to determine next steps or raise issues when needed.
• Identify operational needs based on job outcomes (inventory, accounts receivable, scheduling).
• Prepare and deliver daily scorecards and operational reports for staff and leadership.
• Document findings, issues, recommendations, and follow-up items.
• Communicate with team members via email, video calls, and phone calls.
