Job summary

AS White Global in Manila seeks a highly organized CRM and Accounts Receivable professional to support our Australian technology and manufacturing client base. You will handle customer inquiries for the Lithium Upgrade Program, ensure CRM records are complete, and assist with regular sales and marketing reporting.

You will collaborate with the Australia-based team via Teams, use AI tools for content and research, and help improve data quality and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, administration, CRM coordination, sales support or marketing coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with experience liaising with international teams.
• Strong CRM and Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries for the Lithium Upgrade Program, following up on missing/unclear information and ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track enquiries and opportunities, and assist with sales/marketing reporting.
• Support US marketing and sales activities, including lead research, campaign scheduling, EDMs, social media coordination and follow-up.
• Use AI tools to assist with content creation, research and communications, using approved content.
