Job summary

GrowthAssistant addresses fast-growing fintech companies with a fully remote team, delivering CRM email, in-app, and push campaigns. This role focuses on QA, execution, and documentation to ensure branding and technical accuracy across campaigns.

The candidate will review dynamic content, manage multi-channel campaigns, and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure CAN-SPAM adherence while maintaining high attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ESP experience with Braze preferred (Salesforce Marketing Cloud acceptable).
• 1+ year QA experience for CRM campaigns.
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems.
• HTML familiarity to troubleshoot dynamic email tags.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with fast response times.
• Proactive in identifying QA and process gaps.

Responsibilities

• QA reviews for email campaigns and flows ensuring branding, copy, targeting, and technical setup accuracy.
• QA of dynamic content and Liquid tags for proper personalization.
• Manage and execute CRM campaigns across email, in-app, and push.
• Document campaign overviews and QA reports.
• Flag SLA violations and QA misses to team leads.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to meet CAN-SPAM and other regulations.
