Job summary

Kreeayt BPO is seeking an Email Marketing Associate to support email campaigns, QA, routing, and segmentation under the guidance of Email Specialists. You will build simple to medium segments and manage campaign tickets to ensure timely delivery with high accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, HTML coding experience, and familiarity with ESPs like Pardot and Bluecore, plus strong time management and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of email campaigns to ensure proper segmentation and delivery are kept at a high bar.
• Develop simple to complexity email segments.
• Enter, update, and manage email campaign tickets to ensure stakeholder teams have all details necessary to deliver to the email team for email campaigns.
• Support quality assurance testing at the routing and deployment QA stages.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and rest of Microsoft Office Suite.
