Job summary

Netenders seeks a freelance CRM specialist to develop and manage B2B lead generation campaigns remotely. The role focuses on CRM optimization, data enrichment, audience segmentation, and automated outreach to drive qualified prospects and revenue.

You will leverage Lusha and Klaviyo, implement A/B tests, and provide weekly performance insights. This is a part-time freelance assignment with potential for long-term collaboration based on results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, lead generation, and B2B prospecting.
• Strong knowledge of Lusha.
• Experience with Klaviyo or a similar CRM and email marketing platform.
• Good understanding of segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and strongly results-oriented.
• Able to analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements quickly.
• Professional proficiency in English. French would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify new prospects using Lusha.
• Enrich, clean, and segment our database.
• Identify relevant contacts based on our priority markets and customer profiles.
• Prepare and send targeted email campaigns.
• Create automated prospecting and follow-up sequences.
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, clicks, replies, leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Test different audiences, messages, and subject lines to improve performance.
• Provide a weekly performance report with clear recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and B2B prospecting regulations.
