Job summary

Cyberbacker Careers is seeking a Support Lead for lead generation and conversion. You will respond to inbound leads, manage the CRM, and train agents on system use while activating drip campaigns to keep leads engaged until ready for an agent.

You will also build dashboards in Google Sheets to track productivity and conversion metrics, set appointments, and assign leads to agents, with a fully remote setup and daily onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRMs to manage inbound leads and qualification.
• Ability to build and interpret simple dashboards in Sheets or similar tools.
• Strong attention to follow-up processes and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via text, email, and phone to qualify needs.
• Manage CRM database, troubleshoot issues, and train agents on system use.
• Activate drip campaigns and maintain steady communication until ready for an agent.
• Build Google Sheet dashboards to monitor agent productivity and conversion rates.
• Set appointments, assign leads to agents, and upload contacts to the dialer.
