Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Intermediate CRM & Systems Administrator (2–3 years experience) to maintain and optimize our business platforms. You will manage day-to-day operations in HubSpot or Salesforce, support data transfers, build automated workflows, and keep our customer database accurate and clean.

This role bridges business operations and cloud systems—turning team requirements into automated pipelines, clean data flows, and clear reporting dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in CRM operations, database support, or general administration in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Active HubSpot Certification (Sales/Marketing/Operations) or Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.
• Strong communication in English and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Integration support.
• Platform support: daily user requests, permissions, fields, and pipelines.
• Data migration: transfer, map, and cleanse data from spreadsheets or legacy CRMs.
• Basic integrations: connect HubSpot/Salesforce with third-party tools to ensure data syncing.
