Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on CRM operations experience in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Active HubSpot Certification or Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operations in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Support data transfers, build automated workflows and dashboards.
• Perform data cleansing and ensure accurate customer records.
