Job summary

Talent Group is expanding its Philippines team and seeking a Credit Officer to manage high-volume debt collections, ensure timely cash flow, and administer commercial contracts to a high standard. You will own the ledger collections, perform daily reconciliations, and collaborate with the Credit Manager to optimize outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance and process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on collections experience in high-volume environments.
• Proficient in accounts receivable reconciliations.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-service orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash collections for the assigned ledger and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Provide regular updates to management on collection progress and statuses.
• Investigate and resolve 60- and 90-day delinquencies with escalation as needed.
• Record all collection activities in the financial systems and support ad hoc reporting.
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and accuracy.
