Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in credit and collection operations, accounts receivable, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit and collection activities, including credit evaluation, account monitoring, and payment follow-ups.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure the accuracy and completeness of credit and collection records.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Review clients' credit limits and payment terms in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules, outstanding balances, and account discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports, aging reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Monitor collection performance and recommend strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Coordinate with the Accounting and Finance Department regarding payment reconciliation and account updates.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of credit and collection transactions.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
