You will collaborate with the finance team to track KPIs, resolve customer inquiries and disputes, and ensure timely debt recovery with professionalism. This is a full-time hybrid role in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
