Pion is hiring a credit controller to manage a high-volume ledger and drive cash collection for a remote team based in the Philippines. You will maintain accurate invoicing records, chase payments, and collaborate with finance, sales, and partners to keep cash flowing.

Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus, and you will work under an Employer of Record arrangement. This full-time remote role offers flexibility and opportunities across retailers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a credit controller in a high-volume environment.
• Tenacious, resourceful approach to problem solving.
• Strong relationship-building skills across stakeholders.
• Logical, detail-focused mindset and able to prioritise workload.
• Confidence with systems to track and manage data (Sage Intacct is a bonus).

Responsabilités

• Own a personal ledger within the team's cash collection targets, chasing overdue invoices.
• Contact customers and payment partners to confirm receipts and scheduling of payments.
• Keep Sage Intacct up to date for accurate progress visibility.
• Reissue invoices, obtain POs, and route claims through payment portals as needed.
• Build relationships across finance, sales, customers, and third-party processors to keep cash moving.
