Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Credit Controller to manage the credit and collections process. This role is responsible for ensuring timely payments, minimizing bad debts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Solid understanding of credit management principles and collection techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira).
• Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools.
