Job summary

IntouchCX in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, Philippines is seeking an AR/Collections Analyst to manage accounts receivable, apply payments, and improve cash flow in a high‑volume environment.

The role requires 3+ years in corporate collections, a degree in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel and NetSuite experience, and the ability to work with North American clients. The team collaborates with Sales, CX, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate AR, collections, or credit management.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Professional AR certifications are a plus (e.g., ARS, CARS/CARP).
• Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivots) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and subledger reconciliation.
• Understanding of GAAP and order-to-cash processes.
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong integrity and confidentiality handling.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage AR portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce DSO.
• Maintain professional communication with client AP teams and contacts on past-due accounts.
• Monitor aging reports, assess credit risk, and tailor collection strategies.
• Perform regular account reconciliations for GL accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Operations to resolve delays.
• Oversee daily cash applications and monetization programs.
• Match cash to invoices and clear ledger differences.
• Resolve complex account discrepancies with client finance teams.
• Analyze aging trends and contribute to cash flow forecasting.
• Partner with FP&A to remove invoicing roadblocks.
• Negotiate structured payment plans for high-value accounts.
• Identify bottlenecks in order-to-cash and suggest enhancements.
