Job summary

Rocket Services seeks an experienced Australian mortgage loan processor ready to grow into a Parabroker or Credit Analyst. This remote, PH-based role includes sponsored mentoring, a clear progression path, and a strong focus on policy adherence and client service.

You will own loan files end-to-end, assess serviceability, and liaise with brokers to achieve optimal outcomes while maintaining accurate CRM data and complying with lender requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience processing Australian mortgage loans
• Strong knowledge of lender policy and serviceability assessments
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong time management and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Personable, driven and committed to building a career in the industry

Responsibilities

• Own loan files end-to-end with brokers
• Assess serviceability across multiple lenders and cross-reference policy
• Analyse financials, payslips, and supporting documents for accuracy
• Prepare, package, and lodge applications with lender submissions
• Drive files from submission to unconditional approval and settlement
• Maintain CRM data and keep clients, buyers' agents, and conveyancers informed
