Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Creator & Content Marketing Manager - UGC to lead end-to-end content production and influencer strategy. This remote role focuses on creator and affiliate program management, Meta Ads creative strategy, and Shopify-driven campaigns for a plant care/gardening audience.

You will brief editors, review assets, and repurpose content into winning campaigns while collaborating with leadership and a remote team of video editors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creator and affiliate programs.
• Strong briefing skills for creative teams and editors.
• Proficient with UGC formats and short-form videos.
• Experience managing social calendars and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage creator, ambassador, and affiliate programs.
• Coordinate product gifting, creator outreach and ongoing partnerships.
• Oversee content production pipeline and review edits for quality.
• Develop organic social calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and more.
• Analyze performance and report on campaigns and growth metrics.
