MicroSourcing in Manila is seeking a Creative Team Lead to guide digital campaigns, websites, and interactive experiences. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of designers and developers, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned output.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 5+ years in digital design, and 2+ years in leadership. This is a remote work opportunity with night shifts and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital design, creative production, advertising, or an agency environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising creative professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, UI/UX thinking, responsive web design, design systems, and developer-ready production files.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, creative direction, and visual standards for digital campaigns, responsive websites, landing pages, social media, and interactive experiences.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Creative Designers and Creative Developers while handling resource planning and workload allocation.
• Design and refine high-impact digital assets, design systems, prototypes, and reusable components using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Prepare organized, developer-ready files and perform final quality reviews for brand alignment, typography, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
• Collaborate directly with clients, Sr. Director of Creative Services, and cross-functional teams to align design intent with business goals and platform constraints.
