MicroSourcing seeks a Digital Campaign Manager to lead social media and integrated marketing across channels from our Pasay office. You will own campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization, ensuring on-brand messaging and measurable results.

The ideal candidate blends creativity with data-driven decision making, thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment, and collaborates with legal, compliance, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in social media, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns with attention to detail.
• Strong paid and organic social strategy knowledge.
• Comfort in regulated industries (financial services, tax, etc.).
• Proficiency with marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, GA, CRM, email/SMS).
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendar across platforms.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate leads.
• Track performance, ROI, and optimize campaigns based on data.
• Coordinate content with internal stakeholders and legal/compliance.
• Provide leadership with clear campaign reporting linking results to business impact.
• Maintain accurate tagging and attribution for campaigns.
