MicroSourcing in the Philippines seeks an Ad Operations Lead to act as the subject matter expert for Digital Ad Operations, guiding campaigns from discovery through go-live.

You'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable trafficking processes, ensure QA, and optimize performance while aligning with client objectives. This role is work-from-home with night shift coverage, offering above-market rewards and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital advertising experience, primarily ad operations.
• Strong understanding of ad operations, workflows, QA, tracking, and metrics.
• Experience communicating with marketing, media, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery to understand objectives, platforms, and tracking.
• Translate requirements into scalable digital marketing solutions.
• Oversee onboarding, QA, go-live, and campaign setup.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and best practices for Ad Operations.
