Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Creative Lead for Digital & Art Direction. You will guide concept development, visual standards for digital campaigns, responsive sites, and social content, while shaping a high-performing design team.

You will mentor designers and developers, ensure brand alignment, collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, and deliver polished, accessible assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, creative production, or agency work.
• 2+ years leading, coaching, or supervising creatives.
• Strong portfolio showing digital ads, UI/UX, responsive web design.
• Advanced Adobe CC and Figma proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development and visual standards for digital campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers and developers.
• Design systems, assets, and prototypes in Figma and Adobe CC.
• Ensure brand alignment, typography, accessibility, and quality.
