Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Creative Lead – Digital & Art Direction to drive concept development and visual standards for digital campaigns, websites, and social media. You will lead a team of designers and developers, ensuring high-quality, responsive, accessible outputs across channels.

The role requires 5+ years in digital design, strong Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma skills, and a compelling portfolio. Remote work with a night shift is supported, offering growth and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia arts, advertising, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital design, creative production, advertising, or an agency environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising creative professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, UI/UX thinking, responsive web design, design systems, and developer-ready production files.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, creative direction, and visual standards for digital campaigns, responsive websites, landing pages, social media, and interactive experiences.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Creative Designers and Creative Developers while handling resource planning and workload allocation.
• Design and refine high-impact digital assets, design systems, prototypes, and reusable components using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Prepare organized, developer-ready files and perform final quality reviews for brand alignment, typography, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
• Collaborate directly with clients, Sr. Director of Creative Services, and cross-functional teams to align design intent with business goals and platform constraints.

Your Role

As a Creative Lead – Digital & Art Direction, you will:

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in digital design, creative production, advertising, or an agency environment.
• At least 2 years of experience leading, coaching, or supervising creative professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Comprehensive portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, UI/UX thinking, responsive web design, design systems, and developer-ready production files.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience leading a creative team in a BPO, offshore delivery center, agency, or marketing services organization.
• Experience supporting global enterprise clients and collaborating across international time zones.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Lottie animation, and design-to-development handoffs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted ideation, image, layout, copy, and production workflows.
• Proven track record in establishing design standards, reusable templates, and studio operating procedures.
