Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Creative Development Lead in the Philippines to drive client conversations, design scalable creative solutions, and lead implementations from onboarding to stabilization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or extensive professional experience.
• 3–5 years in creative design, development or related field.
• 3–5 years in a BPO environment.
• Strong ability to discuss processes, technologies, challenges with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations as Creative Development SME with prospective and existing clients.
• Define objectives, brand standards, channels, asset requirements, and workflows.
• Translate client requirements into practical service solutions and delivery models.
• Guide onboarding, launch, and stabilization with delivery teams; manage risk and dependencies.
• Coordinate training and readiness for new delivery teams and programs.
• Educate internal stakeholders on service offerings, terminology, and best practices.
