Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Creative Studio Lead to drive concept development, creative direction, and visual standards across digital campaigns, responsive websites, landing pages, social media, and interactive experiences.

You will lead and mentor a team of Creative Designers and Creative Developers, manage resources, ensure brand alignment and accessibility, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in digital design, creative production, advertising, or agency environments.
• 2+ years leading or supervising creative professionals.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, UI/UX thinking, responsive web design, design systems, and developer-ready production files.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development, creative direction, and visual standards for campaigns, websites, landing pages, social media, and interactive experiences.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Creative Designers and Creative Developers; handle resource planning and workload allocation.
• Design and refine high-impact digital assets, design systems, prototypes, and reusable components using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Prepare organized, developer-ready files and perform final quality reviews for brand alignment, typography, responsive behavior, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with clients, Sr. Director of Creative Services, and cross-functional teams to align design with business goals and platform constraints.
