Creative Milkshake is a remote-first performance creative agency that partners with leading DTC brands to craft high-performing Meta and TikTok campaigns. We have a tight-knit team of about 34 across the Netherlands, the Philippines, and beyond, scaling content from UGC toward elevated branded formats while maintaining a sharp quality bar.

You will analyze ad performance, draw actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of paid social creative, media buying, or creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical ability to identify what needs to change from dashboards.
• Clear, persuasive communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Independent, proactive work style in a fast-paced remote team.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing storyboards and scripts aligned with client goals and platform best practices.
• Outline campaign objectives and creative directions based on performance data.
• Write compelling ad copy reflecting each client’s voice while driving engagement.
• Ensure outputs have a strong performance lens and support iterative testing.
• Join kickoff calls to align on performance goals and creative direction.
• Lead creative audits for retainer clients, delivering strategic insights.
• Translate performance data into actionable creative recommendations for future ads.
• Deliver client-ready performance reviews with confidence.
• Partner with strategists to ensure effective feedback loops and impact.
• Own iteration projects and guide the team on insights.
