Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Sleep Technician for a remote, back-office support role based in the Philippines. You will assist with CPAP device selection, therapy setup guidance, and CRM documentation for patients already diagnosed with sleep apnea.

The role focuses on non-customer-facing tasks, including reviewing home sleep test results, preparing recommendations, and liaising with the Australia-based consultant team. Independent contractor engagement with remote work from home is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in the Australian private CPAP/sleep therapy market.
• Strong technical knowledge of CPAP/APAP devices, masks, parts and accessories.
• Experience recommending CPAP machines and masks based on patient diagnosis/prescription.
• Experience interpreting home sleep test or compliance data (AirView, myAir, or equivalent).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, back-office capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support CPAP machine and mask selection for newly diagnosed patients with product recommendations.
• Support existing patients in replacing/upgrading CPAP equipment, including compatibility checks.
• Review home sleep test results and prepare draft therapy recommendations.
• Prepare therapy setup guidance and documentation for consultant conversations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for each patient file and workflow.
