Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Corporate Gifting Coordinator for a fully remote role based outside Australia, with meaningful overlap with US business hours. You will drive outbound campaigns, nurture distributor relationships, and manage order processing for corporate gifting programs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales operations or e-commerce coordination, strong writing skills for emails and campaigns, and experience building AI-driven workflows to handle high volumes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales ops, outbound/demand-gen, or e-commerce coordination.
• Hands-on experience building and running contact lists and email campaigns (Apollo, CRM, email tools).
• Strong B2B writing skills with experience in A/B testing subject lines.
• Experience with high-volume orders and coordination, with an ability to catch errors.
• Comfort in async, remote, founder-led environments with meaningful overlap with US business hours.
• Experience building workflows using AI to manage volume.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound campaigns, including managing a master contact list, trade-show campaigns, and email copy with A/B testing.
• Manage the CRM to nurture cold contacts into warm relationships and convert distributors into warm opportunities for the founder.
• Provide consultative responses to distributor client briefs, recommending products, MOQs, and decoration options.
• Prepare quotes for the founder to close deals.
• Oversee order operations, including reviewing purchase orders, tracking in-hand dates, and coordinating with decorators and warehouses.
• Drive the campaign calendar, ensuring timely delivery of required inputs from the founder.
