Responsibilities

• Drive conversion through high‑quality conversations with prospective patients.
• Reduce churn and protect revenue by providing context and empathy in real-time.
• Own the patient experience, bridging patient, provider, and internal teams.
• Improve the funnel by identifying objections and providing feedback to marketing/product/ops.
• Execute with speed and precision, meeting SLAs and maintaining high-quality interactions.
