Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and scale production-ready MAS and complex AI workflows. You will bridge the gap between LLM prompting and enterprise-grade software engineering, leveraging ADK to orchestrate micro-agents, graph-based workflows, and integrations with enterprise datastores, APIs, and MCP tools.

You will be responsible for moving AI from prototype demos to high-throughput, mission-critical business systems deployed on Agent Engine.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Multi-Agent Systems (MAS).
• Strong background in orchestrating AI workflows and agent coordination.
• Proficiency bridging prompt engineering with enterprise software engineering.

Responsibilities
