Job summary

OpsArmy is seeking a highly detail-oriented Contract Processor to support contract administration, finance and accounts receivable processes, data verification, and QA of AI-extracted information. You will review contracts, validate AI-derived data against source documents, monitor communications, and ensure records reflect business rules and invoice details.

This remote, full-time role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficient use of Slack, Google Sheets

Qualifications

• Experience in contract processing or accounts-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to follow SOPs and business rules.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AI-generated data review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process B2B contracts and related documentation.
• Verify AI-extracted information against source data.
• Ensure contract and billing data match source documents.
• Apply rules for contract periods, expiration dates, and pilot terms.
• Review invoice, payment, collections, and PTP information.
• Monitor AI communications for inaccuracies.
• Escalate items requiring additional documentation.
• Document AI errors and data discrepancies.
• Maintain records using internal platforms.
• Communicate urgent issues via Slack and email.
• Use Google Sheets to organize and verify data.
