Qualifications

• Experience in contract processing, accounting, finance, AR, or similar high-accuracy roles.
• Strong understanding of B2B contracts and commercial terms.
• Good understanding of AR and collections processes, including invoicing and PTP workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work within tight turnaround times.

Responsibilities

• Review and process B2B contracts and related documentation.
• Verify AI-extracted information, including entities and terms.
• Ensure contract and billing data match source documents.
• Apply rules for contract periods, expiration dates, and pilot terms.
• Review invoice, payment, collections, and PTP information.
• Monitor AI-generated communications for accuracy and completeness.
• Escalate items needing additional documentation or human review.
• Document AI errors and data discrepancies for internal teams.
• Maintain records using internal platforms.
• Communicate urgent issues via Slack and email.
• Use Google Sheets and other tools to organize data.
