Job summary

Bridge33 Capital LLC is seeking an Offshore Construction and Tenant Coordination Specialist to support business units with data entry, tracking, and file organization. You will monitor and record critical information to help teams make decisions, while producing AutoCAD site plans and LODs and ensuring real-time schedule accuracy in Yardi Construction Manager.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in Commercial Real Estate Construction, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Commercial Real Estate Construction environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with different audiences.
• Team player who is organized, proactive, and works well with others.
• Comfortable working in a high growth organization with a sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with commercial leasing language and retail lease agreements a PLUS.
• Prior experience working U.S. hours and shifts.
• Yardi familiarity a PLUS (Construction Manager).
• Experience supporting landlord construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent and high level of service to our business units.
• Process data entry transactions in Smartsheet timely and accurately.
• Compare lien waivers for completion and accuracy.
• Produce various AutoCAD drawings of site plans and LODs.
• Work in Yardi Construction Manager ensuring real-time accuracy of schedules and budgets.
• Research lease agreements and tenant data to generate summary reports or process required construction project management type transactions.
• Check emails daily (manage personal inbox and administrative inboxes).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
