Dimension All Group in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned construction professional to own substantial portions of our project-management workload, including estimating, procurement, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and coordination with subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management across residential, commercial, or design-build projects, with experience working with US-based contractors strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, scopes of work, and cost analyses
• Soliciting, leveling, and comparing subcontractor and supplier proposals; identifying scope gaps and exclusions
• Procurement, purchase orders, long-lead tracking, and material/vendor coordination
• Preparing and reviewing subcontract agreements and purchase commitments
• Managing RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, product data, and document-control logs
• Preparing, pricing, and tracking owner and subcontractor change orders
• Maintaining budgets, cost codes, commitments, forecasts, and subcontractor payment tracking
• Reviewing invoices for accuracy and helping prevent duplicate or over-payments
• Preparing, maintaining, and updating detailed construction schedules
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, permitting, and inspections
• Monitoring project progress, unresolved issues, action items, delays, and corrective actions
• Preparing weekly project-management reports and assisting with client communication
• Supporting closeout, punch lists, warranties, and final documentation

Job description

This is not an entry-level project coordinator or virtual-assistant position. We are looking for a veteran

construction professional who can take ownership of significant portions of our project-management workload

and eventually function as an extension of company ownership.

The primary objective of this position is to reduce the amount of time I personally spend on daily project

administration, estimating, procurement, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor coordination

so I can focus more heavily on business development, marketing, client relationships, and company growth.

The ideal candidate should have approximately 10+ years of construction-management experience, preferably

involving residential, commercial, high-end residential, design-build, or general contracting work. Experience

working with U.S.-based contractors or construction companies is strongly preferred.
