Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a proactive coordinator to own Wunderbuild, oversee estimating, PM, and CRM processes for residential construction projects. You will drive improvements, manage reporting, and maintain documentation and client communications.

Role requires hands-on Wunderbuild experience, strong CRM skills, and the ability to coordinate with suppliers and teams. This is a remote contractor role with Australian business hours and immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Wunderbuild for estimating and project management.
• Strong CRM experience with pipeline management and kanban boards.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proactive communicator.

Responsibilities

• Own Wunderbuild across estimating, PM, and reporting workflows.
• Manage CRM lead flow, update records, and set follow-ups.
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors, and maintain pricing data.
• Draft client progress updates and maintain project documentation.
• Create SOPs and onboarding materials; maintain documentation systems.
• Produce social media content for company channels.
