Job summary

Outsourced.ph, serving AU clients, seeks a Construction Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support safety, quality and compliance across multiple projects. This homebased role requires practical construction safety knowledge and the ability to prepare SWMS and Safety Management Plans based on actual scopes of works.

You will review drawings, manage documentation, and ensure compliance while working remotely from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety, compliance, HSEQ, WHS or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes and specifications.
• Experience preparing SWMS, Safety Management Plans, risk assessments and other safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, scopes of work and specs to understand construction activities.
• Identify safety requirements, hazards and risks for project activities.
• Prepare project-specific SWMS, Safety Management Plans and other safety docs.
• Ensure safety docs match actual project scope and activities.
• Manage safety, quality and compliance docs across multiple projects.
• Review and maintain project registers, checklists and records.
• Monitor daily site compliance and follow up on missing docs.
• Support QA documentation, inspections and close-out requirements.
