Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Construction Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support the AU client across construction projects. You will review drawings, scopes of work and specifications, identify activities and risks, and determine the appropriate safety documentation and controls, including SWMS and Safety Management Plans, based on the actual scope of works.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction safety, compliance, WHS or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes and specs.
• Experience preparing SWMS, Safety Management Plans, risk assessments and other construction safety docs.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, scopes of work and specifications to understand the construction activities.
• Identify hazards and risks for project activities.
• Prepare SWMS and Safety Management Plans for projects.
• Ensure safety docs match actual project scope and activities.
• Manage safety, quality and compliance documentation across multiple projects.
• Review and maintain project registers, checklists and records.
• Monitor daily site compliance and follow up on missing docs.
• Assist with QA documentation, inspections and close-out.
• Maintain internal safety systems and keep docs current.
• Identify gaps and follow up with stakeholders.
• Support project teams with safety and compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Help maintain consistent safety standards across projects.
