Job summary

Atlasccm is seeking a remote-first cost control specialist to support international construction and capital projects from the Philippines. You will help manage budgets, commitments, payment tracking, and cost forecasting while producing dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cost control or project controls, strong Excel skills, and experience with earned value and variance reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cost control, commercial reporting, or project controls on construction, EPC, mining, oil and gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with budgets, commitments, forecasts, and monthly cost reporting.
• Strong Excel and register discipline; comfortable with dashboards and reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain budget, commitment, cost, payment, forecast, change, and variation registers.
• Track actual costs, commitments, invoices, approved payments, pending payments, and forecast final cost.
• Support monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and project dashboards.
• Assist with earned value indicators, performance reporting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with contracts, procurement, planning, and project management teams.
• Maintain cost workflows and records inside AYATA.
